Handle complex patent litigation and IPR proceedings before the PTAB. Collaborate closely with partners and team members to develop case strategies. Draft, review, and analyze motions, briefs, and legal documents with precision. Advise clients on sophisticated legal and technical issues involving computer hardware and software. Contribute to case preparation, discovery, and oral advocacy. Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in patent litigation and IPR proceedings. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal and technical challenges.
