Senior Systems Analyst — Texas Children's Hospital We’re searching for a Senior Systems Analyst — someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will have a major role in developing business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and administer enterprise SAN storage systems Provision and optimize block storage for physical and virtualized environments Monitor and tune performance across storage arrays, fabric switches, and connected hosts Implement and maintain multi-site replication, storage-based failover, and disaster recovery capabilities Support backup and recovery strategies Maintain configuration, lifecycle, capacity, and consumption reporting for storage resources Execute storage software/firmware upgrades, capacity expansion, and migrations Troubleshoot end-to-end connectivity issues across host, fabric, and array layers Assist with NAS technologies including CIFS/NFS, SMB permissions, quota policies, and multiprotocol access Ensure security and compliance standards including encryption, access controls, and audit logging Participate in on-call rotation for critical infrastructure support Skills & Requirements
H.S. Diploma or GED 8 years of major system design and implementation experience Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience. A master's degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. About Us
