As a tutor on the platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—from home. Responsibilities

Tutor online, remotely, using our Live Learning Platform (no commuting). Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Match with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise. Invoice for tutoring sessions; we handle payments. What We Look For In a Tutor

Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in College Accounting and ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring/teaching experience and graduate-level education. Compensation and Perks

Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student—up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support. About Varsity Tutors
