At Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County, we believe in the incredible potential of young people. We are looking for a confident and compassionate leader to guide teen programming, raise program standards, and create spaces where teens feel seen and supported.

What This Role Is All About The Director of Teen Program Quality & Support leads the effort to ensure every Boys & Girls Club in Skagit County delivers exceptional, consistent programming for teens. You’ll build systems, training, and coaching that empower staff to design engaging and impactful programs—academic success, leadership development, workforce readiness, and healthy lifestyles.

You will collaborate with site leaders and teen staff to strengthen program design, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement. You understand adolescent development and can design programs that resonate with teens’ interests and strengths. You’re a natural communicator who listens deeply, collaborates easily, and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the table. You thrive in a role with new challenges and meaningful impact.
