Phoenix, AZ The primary function of the Senior Project Engineer is to assist the project team in the administration and management of many of the activities, which are associated with the construction project. Responsibilities

Attend project meetings and assist in the preparation / distribution of meeting minutes Create and organize all closeout binders Oversee the contract close out process (O&M manuals, As-Builts, etc.) Assist the project team with the initial setup of CMiC (e.g., Submittal Log Registry, RFI numbering system) Prepare and maintain Submittal Logs and RFI Logs Assist with the initial setup of PlanGrid to organize contract documents Manage, set up, and oversee progress photo documentation via PlanGrid Coordinate with Field Superintendent(s), Field Foreman, Subcontractor Project Managers, and Material Suppliers / Vendors to ensure timely material deliveries Participate in safety, quality, and project coordination activities (e.g., BIM meetings, QA/QC requirements) Prepare, review and distribute Change Order Requests for the trades you are responsible for; vet Subcontractor Change Order pricing Assist in providing information for monthly reconciliation reports and forecasts Ensure timely delivery to the jobsite of all project equipment and materials Manage the entire submittal process with subcontractors and design team Create and maintain document logs to track drawings and revisions Develop and assist in project schedules and 8-week look-ahead schedules Identify conflicts in contract documents and issue RFIs; coordinate resolutions with the design and field teams Lead or participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in developing a coordinated model between MEPF trades Support safety programs, incident reporting, and IIPP / JHA collection from subcontractors Assist with the preparation and distribution of the project Site Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) Support during project closeout, including training coordination and owner communications Qualifications

Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, plus 1-2 years of relevant project management experience (as an Assistant Project Engineer, Project Engineer, or equivalent) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; basic scheduling understanding; CMiC experience Proficiency in Microsoft Project or P6; familiarity with Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC or equivalent project management software Experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Safety Mojo, BIM 360 Glue, or similar tools Knowledge of construction delivery methods, construction administration processes, and building trades Effective written and verbal communication skills Basic time management and organizational skills Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course; First Aid and CPR certification Benefits
