Overview
Base pay range: $165,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr.
Salary will be based on skills and experience. This role is hosted by Emily Bohanon and is a full‑time position. Seniority level: Not applicable.
Location: Seattle, WA (hybrid or on‑site options available).
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate complex documents for the acquisition, disposition, and financing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.
Conduct and coordinate due diligence processes, including title, survey reviews, and closings.
Represent buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of real‑estate transactions.
Negotiate and close acquisition, construction, and permanent financing deals.
Work with local, state, and federal officials to ensure compliance with development and land‑use regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of substantive real‑estate law experience.
Strong background in commercial, industrial, and residential real‑estate transactions.
Outstanding academic credentials and a proven track record of professional success.
Exceptional drafting, analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and building strong client relationships.
