The maintenance associate role is responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept facility, including clean parking areas, restrooms, and floors. You are on your feet and on the go, and maintaining a positive attitude helps ensure a great member experience from start to finish. What you'll do
Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low. Qualifications
