Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development efforts using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other Salesforce technologies with 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience Design, code, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions Follow and contribute to technical processes, coding standards, and guidelines Participate in enhancing the technical team's knowledge through meetings, events, and information sharing Manage tasks across concurrent projects with professional status reporting, escalation, and process adherence Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field or equivalent is preferred Mandatory Skills
Lightning Web Components (LWC), APEX, Aura, VisualForce, Salesforce Integration (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Event), Salesforce Data Architecture, Estimation, Integration Architecture, Business Process Design, Mapping, Enterprise Roadmap / Strategy, Salesforce Data Migration, Data Architecture Technical Expertise
Understand technical and functional design requirements Contribute to team standards of development by providing inputs to best practices, design processes, reviews of other developers’ work, and approving code/object changes Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform Strong understanding in Salesforce configuration, sharing, and security settings Monitor and review other developers' code and approve code changes Experience across development and cloud-based technologies including object-oriented languages and the Salesforce technology stack (Force.com, Apex, LWC, AURA, Lightning Design System, Visualforce, SOQL) Ability to develop a component-based framework for app development on Salesforce.com to simplify processes for business users Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues Desired Candidate
Demonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve results Anticipates client needs before they arise and presents possible solutions or recommendations Desires to work on a variety of projects with unique requirements Personal passion for development and learning Employment details
