Title and Registration Management:
Take charge of preparing, submitting, and tracking all necessary documents for new, used, and transferred vehicle titles and registrations. Legal and Financial Accuracy:
Ensure that vehicle ownership is verified, applications are error-free, tax documents are prepared, and funds are confirmed for processing. Inventory Management:
Maintain and update accurate inventory information for our dealership. Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about state and federal regulations pertaining to vehicle titles and registrations. Stakeholder Communication:
Engage with customers to explain the title process while coordinating with dealers, lenders, and other relevant parties. Administrative Responsibilities:
Perform additional tasks such as sending contracts for signatures and preparing payoff checks. Cross-Training Opportunities:
Automotive deal booking experience is highly valued as we cross-train responsibilities within our multi-store processing environment. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry is required. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Proficiency with CDK and EZ-Title software is preferred. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. Able to multi-task and work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Familiarity with DMV regulations is a must.
