As we experience rapid growth in our Electronic Security division, we are excited to welcome an Account Executive to our Core Commercial team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development, allowing you to leverage your skills in lead generation, relationship building, and presenting our innovative electronic security products to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated territory using CRM tools, becoming proficient in cold calling, networking, lead generation, and negotiation. Develop and implement robust service/account outsourcing strategies. Identify and pursue fresh business opportunities within the core commercial market segment. Craft and deliver customized proposals and solutions that resonate with client needs and industry trends. Collaborate with internal experts to devise and deliver tailored solutions for complex client requirements. Engage in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to enhance our brand visibility and identify potential clients. Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly within your assigned territory to nurture relationships and foster new business. Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling strategies aimed at expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in comparable markets. Skilled in using Office Suite and CRM platforms to boost productivity and enhance client interactions. Willingness to travel as necessary across assigned geographical areas. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Experience in electronic security sales is highly desirable.
