Join Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), as a Mental Health Therapist. Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds. Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy based on the unique needs of each client, fostering healing and resilience. Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support stable functioning and empower clients. Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to contribute to high-quality client care. Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms. Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic mental health care. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field. Provisional license per state regulations if required. Educational background leading to professional licensing. Passionate about mental health with a commitment to high-quality care. Dedication to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education. Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care. Strong ethical practices and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
