As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will take a leading role in patient care with respect to eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You have autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule, and you keep 100% of exam/professional fees. For a fair market value, you can opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services (if state allows).
What you\'ll do
Launch your services in Walmart stores
Operate as an independent lease holder with autonomy over practice days, hours, schedule, and fees
Provide eye and vision care and support general health and well-being
Opt into equipment/instrumentation and administrative/Opt-Tech support services where available
Minimum Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
Valid state optometry license
General Liability Certificate
Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
W-9
ME & VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company
