What You\'ll Do
As a full-scope optometrist, you will deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs. Your responsibilities include performing thorough eye exams, educating patients about their ocular health, and recommending vision-enhancing products tailored to each individual\'s lifestyle. This is a full-time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Each day, you\'ll manage a well-structured schedule of 22 appointment slots, aiming to complete two billable exams per hour. This position also offers a 14.5% production bonus. Who We\'re Seeking

Typically Has The Following Skills Or Abilities Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties Working Conditions
