$26-$35/hr About the Role Are you a skilled HVAC/Industrial Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals to maintain and repair industrial equipment, mechanical systems, and HVAC systems in a dynamic production environment. Your expertise will help ensure the reliability of processing machinery that directly impacts our daily production goals, safety standards, and overall facility efficiency. Key Responsibilities Execute advanced maintenance and repair tasks on industrial machinery, automation, mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems. Identify and troubleshoot root causes of mechanical and electrical issues; perform repairs including welding, fabricating, plumbing, and part replacement. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and upkeep of conveyor systems. Assemble, install, test, and maintain both electrical and electronic systems, equipment, and fixtures. Utilize testing equipment to diagnose controls, software issues, and malfunctioning machine components. Repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, chains, belts, pulleys, and rollers. Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety practices and keeping your workspace clean and organized. Provide leadership in the absence of supervision and assist in the training of junior technicians. Required Skills & Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in industrial, commercial, or facilities maintenance. High School Diploma or GED is required. Technical education or significant hands-on training in HVAC, electrical, welding, or mechanical maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair methods. Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs and engage in demanding tasks (climbing, standing, crawling). Availability for weekend and holiday work as needed. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced diagnostics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical testing devices. Maintenance experience within the food, poultry, or agricultural industry. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Familiarity with safety equipment such as LOTO, harnesses, lanyards, hoists, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Why Join Us?
