About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Customer Success and Growth to lead our Mid-Markets and SMB Business Unit. This pivotal role involves driving revenue growth from our existing customer base with a strong emphasis on renewals, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. We are looking for a results-oriented leader who can take ownership of the P&L and performance metrics, focusing on key KPIs related to retention and customer lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the B2B SaaS industry and a proven track record in scaling post-sale revenue teams within subscription-based and transactional sales environments. Responsibilities will include managing teams, optimizing sales models, crafting retention and expansion strategies, and ensuring cross-functional alignment to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We require a leader with in-depth knowledge of the data and digital landscape, expertise in mid-market and SMB customer segments, and the aptitude to identify both risks and growth opportunities within the customer base. Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are essential. Comfort in a remote-first work environment is a must. A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in B2B revenue generation, including at least 5 years managing sales teams.
