Responsibilities
Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for partnerships, S-corporations, and high-net-worth individuals
Oversee the preparation & review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and firm standards
Provide proactive tax planning strategies to clients
Supervise and mentor staff and seniors, providing guidance, technical expertise, and performance feedback
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for tax engagements
Stay current with tax law changes and emerging issues relevant to client industries
Assist with tax research as needed
Qualifications
CPA license required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
5+ years of relevant public accounting experience with a strong focus on pass-through entities and high-net-worth individuals
Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing multiple client engagements
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
