Data Science Consultant
to join their core team in Germany and work closely with the Director of AI on cutting-edge predictive and optimization projects across multiple domains. The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing AI and data-driven solutions to solve real-world operational challenges - from predictive maintenance and anomaly detection to demand forecasting and optimisation. Working side by side with technical and business stakeholders, you’ll translate data insights into tangible impact, contributing to high-value client projects and strategic initiatives. You’ll spend
four days a week on-site
in Germany, collaborating directly with the Team Lead and engineering teams. Your Responsibilities
Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML models for
predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and stock prediction
use cases. Apply classical ML algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost) and statistical modelling techniques to large datasets. Work with
on-premise Kubernetes clusters
— managing or deploying scalable AI workloads. Develop robust, production-quality
Python code
for experimentation, modeling, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. (Nice to have) Contribute to
NLP-focused
projects, including text analytics and document processing. What You’ll Bring
3-5 years of professional experience
in AI or data science, preferably within applied industrial or enterprise settings. Strong understanding of
predictive analytics, anomaly detection , and
forecasting techniques . Solid programming skills in
Python , with experience building and maintaining production-level ML systems. Familiarity with
on-prem Kubernetes
environments (deployment, scaling, and performance considerations). Knowledge of
data pipelines , version control, and model lifecycle management. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. Why Join
