Code Compliance Officer I - Range 690
($27.3546 - $35.8064 per hour) Equivalent to graduation from high school; and Two years of experience in code enforcement, compliance, public administration, investigative research, municipal operations, or a related field that involves interpreting and applying regulations, conducting research, or providing direct public service and enforcement support. Code Compliance Officer II - Range 750
($31.6649 - $41.4483 per hour) In addition to the above, two years of experience enforcing a variety of municipal codes, ordinances and regulations at a level equivalent to the City's classification of Code Compliance Officer I. Additional Requirements
Possession of, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment, a California Penal Code Section 832 Certificate.
