Minimum of 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience 4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience in Design, Modeling, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Oracle’s ERP Cloud and EBS suite of products such as Payables, Fixed Assets, BPM (workflow) Invoice, Payment's processing and General Ledger etc. Strong functional understanding of all the Oracle ERP Financial Modules Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution design and functional design Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from onshore Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and demos and run pilots to showcase ERP Finance products Experience in delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables at the same time Experience in technical integrations, conversions on financials modules, requirement gathering, US Withholding Tax 1099 forms generation and EBusiness Tax Must be able to build OTBI and BIP Reports Qualifications
