Dermatology Front Desk Receptionist
Our client is seeking a front desk receptionist to join their team! They are a comprehensive dermatology practice with ten distinct specialty centers, and offer a wide variety of treatments for the skin, hair, and nails, from skin cancer and acne treatments to non-surgical fat reduction and body contouring.
The ideal front desk candidate will have at least 1 year of front desk experience paired with a warm, and positive personality.
This is a high-volume environment where employees are constantly interacting with patients over the phone and should be able to multitask well. Candidates will also need strong communication skills and be self-motivated.
Hours are M/W 6:30-3:30, T/TH 8-5, F 6:30AM-12:30PM Pay $20-22/hr Temp to Perm Excellent benefits offered! Office located in Dunwoody
Key Front Desk Responsibilities: Receptionist duties (front desk presence, central phone coverage, welcome visitors) Provide administrative support to physicians Screen and prioritize incoming telephone calls; respond to inquiries and resolve issues requiring attention General office upkeep, which includes tidying offices, conference rooms, and kitchen areas Office and pantry supply management Schedule appointments for patients Explain products to patients
