motivated General Dentist
to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a modern, well-established practice with strong leadership support, advanced technology, and ample opportunity for professional growth.
The ideal candidate is a growth-minded clinician who values autonomy, teamwork, and delivering high-quality comprehensive care. Experience with implant placement is a plus but not required
mentorship and continuing education opportunities are available for providers who want to expand their skillset.

4-day workweek Services:
Comprehensive general dentistry with optional implant placement Facility:
Modern, multi-operatory practice with experienced hygienists and dental assistants Patient base:
Primarily private pay and insurance patients (no Medicaid) Daily volume:
Approximately 1215 patients plus hygiene checks Environment:
Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong clinical and operational systems
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
Daily minimum guarantee to start, transitioning to 3032% of adjusted production Paid time off & holidays Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance Short-term and long-term disability 401(k) retirement plan with company match Professional development:
