About the Job The role of the Financial Analyst is to ensure Allianz Technology of America makes sound financial decisions. You will support the proper monthly closing, forecasting, planning, pricing, modeling of business scenarios, and track performance metrics used by leaders to make strategic company decisions. Working on multiple topics at a time, you focus on the details while finding ways to take on big‑picture challenges. You’ll provide management with insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support. The work is often self‑directed in an unstructured, fast‑paced environment so you will be comfortable with ambiguity.
What You Do
Financial modeling, financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
Meet deadlines for financial reporting, management and budget planning cycles.
Bring financial deviations to light and report potential corrective action.
Perform competitive analysis and benchmarking activities.
Support ongoing financial close and forecasting.
Maintain master data and new data set‑up in systems.
Own pricing analysis & activities.
Provide a mindset of continuous improvement to the FP&A function.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Ownership mentality.
2 years of experience in a finance analyst role.
Preferred qualifications
4 years of relevant work experience.
Passion for technology and experience or education in STEM.
Experience in a financial analyst role in an IT company.
Demonstrated record of problem‑solving and analytical skills, including modeling and presentation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
