What you'll do

Ensure area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures by properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and helping members locate merchandise.

Provide member service by maintaining the self-checkout area, resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, and guiding members on self-service technology; process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.

Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork/logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.

Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvements.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics and integrity standards by implementing related action plans and applying Open Door Policy in business processes and practices.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed).
