Job Description The Clinical Supervisor RN coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as an integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members.

Required Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

3 years of Direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.

Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.

Upon hire: Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association

Previous charge/lead nurse experience

Additional Compensation The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
