Job Description Join Veolia as a Field Service Representative (FSR) in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division and advance your career in hands‑on technical service and sustainability!

About This Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on‑site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You’ll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations.

Act as a technical consultant, providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams.

Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on‑site interventions.

Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Support multiple customer sites within the assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

2‑5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training.

Familiarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred.

Full valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (a learner’s permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify).

Key Characteristics

Strong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Safety‑mindful approach with ability to work in various industrial environments.

Physical ability to lift 30‑50 lbs and perform precision work.

Computer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis.

Compensation The salary range for this role is $70,000–90,000 annually, adjusted based on individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions.
