Responsibilities

Develop frameworks and methodologies to support asset and liability management, funding and liquidity planning, internal limit stress testing, and capital management.

Provide clients with gap assessments and design/implement processes that facilitate liquidity risk management, funding, liquidity planning, and stress testing.

Review client processes and controls against leading liquidity practices and industry frameworks, identify gaps, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management.

Conduct testing and validation of Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), Basel, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), Liquidity Coverage Ratio reporting, FR 2052a, and Liquidity Stress Testing. Build liquidity tools that enable efficient use of capital and liquidity resources in line with regulatory expectations.

Plan and execute engagement work focusing on Liquidity Risk, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting, Internal Liquidity Stress Testing, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Resolution & Recovery Planning.

Engage in go‑to‑market and business‑development activities, prepare proposals for prospective clients, lead client presentations, and manage KPMG team performance and project delivery.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum eight years of recent related work experience within a liquidity management and/or risk management function, with progressive experience leading teams and managing projects.

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred Master’s in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.

Deep knowledge of liquidity management (intraday liquidity, cash management, cash‑flow forecasting, funding planning) and regulatory requirements (Reg YY, OCC bulletins, Federal Reserve SR letters).

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to produce publication‑quality findings for clients and senior management.

Experience with business‑process design, modeling, automation, and related tools (e.g., bots, visualization).

Proficiency in project management and the ability to travel as required.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; KPMG will not sponsor work‑visa visas.
