to recruit an accomplished
Hotel Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations and lead the property’s continued success in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. This hands-on operational leader will drive excellence across all departments with a strong focus on
food & beverage leadership ,
union relations , and an authentic approach to guest experience. The ideal candidate is an experienced hotel operations executive with a proven record of success in
urban lifestyle or luxury environments , balancing creativity, financial acumen, and team engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to join a property with a bold design identity, a high-energy social scene, and a growing reputation for culinary innovation. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and guest-centric experience across all departments including Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Engineering. Lead and inspire department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence. Provide strategic oversight for all
food & beverage outlets , ensuring profitability, brand alignment, and operational precision. Manage and maintain effective
union relationships , ensuring compliance with labor agreements, grievance resolution, and positive team morale. Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership to develop annual budgets, forecasting, and long-term operational strategies. Analyze key performance metrics to improve GOP, guest satisfaction, and associate engagement. Champion the property’s lifestyle positioning by aligning programming, partnerships, and service standards with the brand’s culture and design ethos. Ensure full compliance with city, state, and brand standards related to safety, operations, and labor. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, staff development, and hands-on leadership presence throughout the hotel. Qualifications
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in full-service or lifestyle hotels, with at least 3 years as a
Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or EAM . Demonstrated expertise in
food & beverage operations , including concept development, service training, and financial management. Union experience required , with strong working knowledge of New York City labor environments. Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fast-paced, design-driven hospitality environment. Strong financial and analytical skills with a focus on profitability and cost management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and approachable leadership style. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
