Grow executive brands for high‑profile clients across integrated media and influence. You will play a key role in integrated communications, media relations, influencer engagement, digital integration, creative concepting, project management, and cross‑practice collaboration.

We need a resilient, brand‑focused Senior Account Supervisor who can run a fast‑paced business and partner with integrated marketing teams to deliver attention‑grabbing work and elevated client relationships.

We are open to hiring for this role in any U.S. location where we have an office.

Responsibilities

Drive research, planning, development, and execution of comprehensive integrated communications and marketing event campaigns.

Build trusted client relationships, serve as client lead, provide daily strategic counsel and ensure quality execution aligned with client business goals.

Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies across PR, digital/social, influencer, and creative channels with knowledge of traditional media.

Serve as the brand steward with internal stakeholders, ensuring program execution is on brand.

Focus on earned, headline‑leading coverage and ensure the team's work is earned worthy.

Oversee quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring work quality and deadline adherence.

Participate in cross‑practice and cross‑geographical teams to provide compelling proposals.

Manage team performance relating to client service and quality control, recommending tactics to clients and internal leads.

Communicate and present recommendations to gain internal and client alignment.

Lead creative solutions in inter‑agency environments, adapting to channels such as paid media, in‑store, and more.

Understand earned media’s evolution and its impact on today’s media environment.

Demonstrate ability to evolve, promote, and drive brand action.

Generate quick‑turn and long‑term programming with agility and flexibility.

Write clear internal and client correspondence, communication plans, client presentations, and press materials.

Partner with measurement and analytics team to set client program goals and manage execution.

Lead and grow a team, providing coaching, feedback, and leading by example.

Manage relationships with internal and external partners, maximizing events and collaborations.

Show financial acumen, lead profitable business, and manage client budgets effectively.

Prioritize deliverables and support the team with strong time‑management skills.

Basic Qualifications

At least 6 years of relevant experience in Communications and/or related fields.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing clients, day‑to‑day contact, counseling, and firming strategy.

Deep understanding of client businesses and key stakeholders, and ability to impart knowledge to teammates.

Proven ability to manage large projects on sizable accounts.

Experience managing teams, delegating assignments, and editing others’ work.

Understand project management partnership for executing integrated campaign plans.

Ability to oversee budgets and staffing plans.

Comfort with tight timelines.

Familiarity with best‑practice communications tactics and PR tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Regular travel expected for client engagement, business development, and initiatives.

Salary & Benefits $80,000 - $120,000 a year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a paid time‑off policy, and region‑specific benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, disability insurance, travel assistance, and wellness programs.
