Responsibilities
Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns and premature infants
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform assessments
Coordinate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Educate families on neonatal care and support during hospitalization
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies
