Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns; listen and consult with others to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders. Respect the Individual; build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create a sense of belonging and opportunities for all associates to thrive. Act with Integrity; model Walmart values, hold self and others accountable, and support Walmart’s goals and culture. Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
