Marketing Manager – Dexcom Where You Come In

Supports the development and execution of the Stelo brand strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, partnerships and events.

Supports the creation and management of consumer, partner and event marketing materials including advertising, onsite signage and giveaways, digital content and sales materials.

Develop and provide marketing collateral, presentations, and training materials to enable partner sales teams to effectively position and sell solutions.

Create, manage, and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support key business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Establishes and maintains clear communication channels with partners, ensuring alignment on marketing objectives and initiatives.

Oversee the tracking and analysis of brand, event & partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate brand and partner strategy into product launches, campaigns, and events.

You understand key marketing metrics and use data to track performance, measure ROI, and make informed decisions.

You work well cross‑functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams, integrating brand and partner strategies seamlessly.

You thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, anticipating challenges and driving projects forward.

You have a bias for action and results, influencing and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.

You manage multiple priorities with proven project oversight, focusing on detail and deadlines.

Travel 25% to 50% travel required.

Experience and Education Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.

2–5 years of previous management or lead experience.

Remote Workplace Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km). If you reside within commuting distance, a hybrid working environment may be available. Please ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary $100,700.00 – $167,900.00
