This role involves solving Health & Welfare client requirements and representing Fidelity solutions during the sales process, in collaboration with Account Executives, Managing Directors and Product & Service Consultants. The candidate will work to position standard offerings where possible and develop unique solutions when needed. The Expertise We’re Looking For

Health & Welfare outsourcing services expertise required. Bachelor’s Degree, minimum; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred. Minimum 7 years related product/industry experience; 4–5+ years Fidelity experience desirable. Health & Insurance and/or individual property and casualty broker license desirable Approximately 50% travel requirement. The Purpose of Your Role

You will work closely with Account Executives, Managing Directors and Product & Service Consultants to win Health and Welfare for our largest clients. You will be responsible for performing a comprehensive analysis of a client’s requirements for participants and plan sponsors, reviewing their plan documents, and effectively representing the Fidelity solution during the sales process. You’ll collaborate with Workplace Solution customers to position our standard product offering to meet their needs or, when needed, develop unique solutions. This role relies on knowledge of Fidelity Healthcare products, services and processes, strategic thinking, client coordination, and collaboration with internal partners. The Skills You Bring

Helping to grow the Health & Welfare business as we expand capabilities and market reach. Performing strategic analyses for clients and prospects to identify fit and potential service model issues requiring exception management. Performing detailed plan document reviews for potential new business relationships and detailing standard and non-standard product/service requirements. Owning internal exception approval process steps to find proven solutions. Providing subject matter expertise on health and welfare benefit issues during the sales/rebid process. Participating in differentiating Fidelity’s image through thoughtful RFP responses, high-impact presentations, and preparing other team members for presentations. Owning the integrity of final RFP responses and ensuring the Account Executives understand the solution offered. Consulting with prospective clients and representing Fidelity’s value proposition as part of the broader solution offering. Monitoring benefits developments and industry and competitive trends on an ongoing basis. Representing the voice of the customer/market to influence product roadmap. Catalyzing change within the team and business unit with an eye for customer needs. Providing real-time market feedback to product, systems and marketing organizations.
