Director of Construction Recruitment at London Approach A well-established real estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead the design and coordination of large-scale mixed-use and industrial projects. This position is based in northern New Jersey. Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all phases of the design process for mixed-use and industrial warehouse developments. Oversee and direct external consultants, including architectural, MEP, structural, interior design, and landscape teams. Review and coordinate design drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with project schedules. Develop and refine conceptual building designs and elevations using SketchUp or similar tools. Collaborate with internal and external teams on site planning, layout, and design solutions. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, and energy codes. Support construction teams through problem-solving, value engineering, and review of submittals. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field. Minimum of 10 years of design and construction coordination experience, with a focus on multi-family, mixed-use, and industrial projects. Strong management and organizational skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for conceptual and presentation design. Demonstrated ability in site planning and building design. Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong 3D modeling and rendering experience preferred. Seniority level
