Senior Hardware Firmware Design Engineer
We’re seeking a Senior Hardware Firmware Engineer to join the R&D team. This position will develop firmware and design hardware for custom embedded control products—ranging from pump control systems to smart energy and IoT solutions. This is a hybrid role (4 days on-site and 1 day remote per week). You’ll work hands-on through all phases of product development: schematic design, hardware layout, firmware coding, testing, and system validation.
Responsibilities
Design and review schematics and PCB layouts for complex embedded systems.
Develop, debug, and test firmware in C/C++ for a range of microcontrollers (NXP, Atmel, ST, and others).
Design analog and digital circuits tailored to specific application requirements.
Work with I2C, UART, SPI, and wireless protocols such as Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.
Collaborate closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to bring new, high-performance products to life.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
7–10 years of experience in embedded hardware and firmware design and development.
Strong proficiency with RTOS, microcontroller platforms, and electronic circuit design.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation skills.
A hands-on mindset and genuine enthusiasm for innovation and product development.
