Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Vice President of Financial Strategy and Analytics. This pivotal position requires a strategic finance leader dedicated to delivering financial clarity and driving organizational performance. You will oversee all financial processes including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial reporting.
As a key business partner to our executive leadership and department heads, you will provide critical data-driven insights and lead cross-functional initiatives that support the company's continued growth and operational efficiency.
Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. A strong background in SaaS or subscription-based business models is essential. Exceptional skills in financial modeling and forecasting, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, are vital.
Your experience with BI tools, data warehousing, and data visualization will set you up for success. We value leaders who can mentor and cultivate a high-performance FP&A team, streamline operations through automation, and establish scalable financial planning frameworks.
A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; an MBA or CFA is a plus. Experience in high-growth, venture-backed SaaS companies is preferred. Strong communication skills and an ability to engage with executive leadership and Board members is crucial.
