Industry Consumer Services Company Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for an engaging and strategic Senior Vice President of Human Resources to lead and evolve our HR function in alignment with our business objectives. This hands-on leader will develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy tailored to our unique business model and current growth stage. The role involves overseeing all HR operations—from talent acquisition to compliance—and fostering a workplace culture that is positive, inclusive, and engaging. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust HR leadership background with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, innovation, and executive-level advising. Experience in post-M&A integration, particularly regarding cultural alignment and policy development, is crucial. The successful candidate should possess at least 10 years of HR leadership experience, ideally within IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). A profound understanding of MSP business models, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies is essential, along with a proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker who can also engage in hands-on tasks, adept at managing strategic partnerships and complex sales initiatives. Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline management, and sales automation will be considered advantageous. The VP of HR will need a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, while a Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
