Role Overview We are hiring 2x BDRs to join our founding GTM team in Chicago. You will partner with an Account Director to sell the Benifex product suite to global and enterprise customers across North America and LATAM. Create new business opportunities and bring value to HR, Benefits and Rewards Leaders. This role is predominantly outbound, generating qualified leads and arranging meetings for the Account Director. You will identify opportunities through inbound and outbound activity across multiple channels. Sales tech stack includes Salesforce, SalesNav, ZoomInfo, Outreach.
Responsibilities
Outbound meeting and lead generation predominantly through warm calling
Develop and nurture existing and potential customers via marketing campaigns and follow-up
Research prospective customers and maintain data quality
Maintain prospective customer relationships in a polite and professional manner
Collaborate with Benifex departments to support prospective customers
Assist with writing and distributing outbound emails
Follow up on inbound leads and distribute information as requested
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
What are we looking for?
Proven experience in new business sales: prospecting, outbound calling, multi-channel approach
Experience selling complex or enterprise SaaS (multi-product, multi-country, 6-12 month sales cycle)
Excellent communication skills across audiences
Consultative approach and ability to build trusted partnerships
Strong time management, self-prioritisation and organisation
Driven and motivated to exceed targets
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
