UX Design Manager, Advertiser Platform — Google
Location options: Mountain View, CA, USA; New York, NY, USA. This role requires leading and inspiring a design team to craft elegant user experiences across Google Ads and advertiser platforms.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product design or UX.
3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.

Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of work experience with executive leaders.

Experience setting ideas and strategy for enterprise or B2B platforms, including those involving AI/automation and trust-building design challenges.

Responsibilities
Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems.
Lead a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
Deliver design improvements based on UX testing and stakeholder input; guide engagement to achieve product goals.
Align project priorities with goals, coordinate resources within design projects, and help teams develop individual OKRs.
Compensation and benefits The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000–$265,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share the specific range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Compensation details reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
