In this role, you will work on cutting-edge IP matters for a diverse and fast-paced client base, primarily composed of venture-backed startup companies in highly technical fields. Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications Respond to USPTO office actions and conduct examiner interviews Collaborate with clients, inventors, and outside counsel Analyze invention disclosures and conduct prior art searches Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in patent prosecution USPTO Registration A strong technical background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field JD from an accredited university Active membership in at least one U.S. State Bar Benefits
