Overview

The Fixed Income Operations Associate will support Ancora’s Fixed Income team in the execution, processing, and oversight of all fixed income operational activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate trade execution, settlement, and reporting across institutional and high-net-worth client accounts. Responsibilities

Trade Support & Execution Support Fixed Income Portfolio Managers in the execution and monitoring of trades across taxable, tax-exempt, investment-grade, and preferred securities. Accurately input, allocate, and reconcile trades across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and compliant trade settlement. Assist in managing trade workflows, from order generation to post-trade reporting, while maintaining a focus on operational accuracy and best execution standards. Help track portfolio positioning and ensure that holdings align with model targets and investment guidelines. Operational Oversight Partner with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies, breaks, and settlement issues. Support the daily reconciliation process and ensure that all trades and positions are correctly reflected in internal systems. Maintain accurate records of transactions, ensuring adherence to internal controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Assist with trade affirmations, allocations, and confirmations across Ancora’s fixed income accounts. Data & Reporting Support Prepare daily trade summaries, performance metrics, and operational reports for portfolio management and compliance teams. Provide operational and analytical support for fixed income portfolio reviews, client reporting, and audit requests. Assist in maintaining and updating fixed income data and reporting dashboards to ensure data integrity and consistency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the trading, portfolio management, compliance, and accounting teams to support seamless operational processes. Contribute to ongoing initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, automation, and data accuracy across trading systems. Provide back-up support for other team members during absences or peak trading periods. Education and Work Experience Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. 2–5 years

of experience in financial operations, trading support, or investment management, preferred. Familiarity with Bloomberg and custodian trading systems, preferred. Required Skills

Strong understanding of fixed income instruments and market structure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally and across multiple functions throughout the organization. High degree of organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
