OUR VALUES We have two core values: Fun & Authenticity.

FUN = Being sh*tty isn’t fun. Agreed? Taking pride in your work, finding joy in being GREAT, and celebrating wins… and losses. Now, that’s fun!

LEADERSHIP:

We expect our leaders to be guiding lights for their teams. To support that, we provide leadership courses to sharpen their leadership abilities, including an in-house leadership coach.

Autonomy:

We practice autonomy, empowerment, and accountability so that every team member can be in control of their own life.

HYBRID WORKING:

This role is required to be in our Inglewood office every Tuesday and Thursday with the occasional third day thrown in.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT:

We have an all-company learning program so that we’re constantly leveling up our skills.

SUSTAINABILITY:

We think Earth’s pretty rad. That’s why we take action wherever possible to limit our impact on the planet.

1% FOR THE PLANET MEMBER: 1% of goodr’s annual sales go directly to environmental organizations.

Fun Fact:

goodr celebrates every Earth Day by releasing limited-edition sunglasses with frames made from 100% recycled materials—and the packaging is 100% sustainable, too!

ABOUT THE ROLE

When some people imagine being stranded on a deserted island, they picture a nightmare-ish existence. But you envision the exact opposite. That's because you've already worked out a fool-proof plan to turn that deserted island into a profitable coconut water empire!!! When you look at a palm tree, do you think, “Now that’s a solid asset with long-term ROI”? Do you dream of optimizing resource allocation even when those resources are seashells, bamboo, and one very sassy island flamingo?

If so, you might be the Vice President of Finance goodr has been searching for. This role is all about guiding our financial raft through stormy seas and turning every budget challenge into buried treasure. If you can keep a company profitable, a forecast airtight, and still have time to build a palm-frond Excel sheet on your imaginary island, then go ahead and submit that application today!
