Onsemi is seeking a motivated, customer focused, and self-driven candidate to join the Staff Product Engineer position located in Richardson, TX. This position offers a great opportunity to work with industry leading semiconductor devices, targeted for broad applications in Automotive and Industrial markets. In this role, you will be part of the New Product Development team, tasked with supporting product lines and business P&Ls for new product development and execution. Activities include defining Analog and Digital DfT strategies, developing low-cost test solutions for complex Analog, Mixed Signal, and Digital roadmap products on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms, and productizing ICs in-line with business goals and growth projections. Knowledge and experience with software development across C/C++, Python, Java is necessary. Candidate should know ATE platform architecture and programming languages to develop low level ATE code for Analog/Mix Signal test blocks. Your goal is to design and productize deep Analog and Mix Signal, automated test solutions, enabling benchmarks in quality, code efficiencies, and test-cost goals. Seniority level
