Overview
Global Facilities Technology Lead at Kellanova. You will lead high-impact building and architectural programs across our global manufacturing network, including new construction, retrofit upgrades, quality improvement, and productivity and capacity optimization to ensure facilities are built for performance, safety, and innovation. You will be part of a global team that collaborates with vendors, manufacturing sites, and corporate leadership to shape the future of our facilities. This is a high-visibility role offering strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to impact the infrastructure powering our brands. Travel may reach up to 30%, with a mix of global engagement and focused execution. We prefer candidates based in Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI, but remote arrangements may be considered for the right person. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing Champion Global Safety Standards – Lead the development and verify the use of consistent safety, food safety, and sanitary design standards across all facility projects. Drive Technical Leadership – Serve as the global expert for facility design and construction, providing guidance to North America and international manufacturing teams. Architect the Future – Define and execute the strategic vision for facility innovation in alignment with long-term business goals and operational excellence. Forge Strategic Partnerships – Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate business needs into scalable, high-impact facility solutions. Own Program Delivery – Lead end-to-end management of global facilities programs, including budgeting, scheduling, execution, and performance tracking. We’re Looking for Someone With Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related technical field. 10+ years of hands-on experience leading facilities engineering, large-scale construction, or capital improvement projects, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments. A proven track record of managing multi-site programs with measurable outcomes in safety, efficiency, and cost optimization. Influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners. A strategic mindset with demonstrated success in driving innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across global operations. Comfort navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and leading through change in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization. Compensation The annual salary range is $142,720 - $187,320, based on location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
