Responsibilities

Workato seeks highly motivated, entrepreneurial sellers to help found a new global business unit – the Agentic Team.

The Agentic Platform business is a ‘startup within the startup’, with the mission to help companies get the fastest possible return in their business from AI and Agents. The team will scale the business and maintain high performance standards as it grows.

As an Agentic AI Senior Account Executive, you will own the specialist role of cross-selling the Agentic Platform into existing customers and also pursue new logos for the company. You will own the full lifecycle of the sale including pipeline generation, qualification, and post-sales growth.

You will work collaboratively with the core Workato sales motion and across functions like Product and Marketing to grow this business.

You will also be expected to understand the Workato platform, Agentic/AI solutions, and proposition at an elite level; discover customer needs; build trust with champions; and maintain a continuous information diet to be a credible authority.

Work on a fully distributed team with 10-20% travel for company, customer and industry meetings.

Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a closing role; startup and scaleup experience preferred.

Working experience with or equivalent knowledge of GenAI and Agents.

Preferred locations include SF Bay, New York, Boston, Austin, Denver and Washington DC.

Experience working with enterprise organizations and senior executives.

Proven track record of performance and problem-solving in roles.

For Colorado applicants, the base pay for this role may range between $200,000 - $220,000 plus variable, benefits, perks, and equity.
