$110,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr What you’ll do

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering innovation and technical excellence Oversee end-to-end project management for complex video application initiatives Guide requirements analysis, solution design, and scoping for new features and enhancements Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and deployment Drive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines Utilize BI analytics to monitor application performance and inform improvements Present technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders What you’ll bring

10+ years in software development, with deep expertise in application development, UI/UX development using JavaScript, Python, C++, etc. 5+ years managing software development teams and projects Strong knowledge of application development frameworks (ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS), preferably in Video on TV or STB domains, Ad insertion (CSAI/SSAI) technologies Experience with Agile, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Proficiency in BI analytics and CI/CD pipeline management Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Benefits and compensation

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years of experience in software engineering or related area Option 2: 7 years of experience in software engineering or related area 2 years of supervisory experience Preferred qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
