EthosEnergy is seeking a

Maintenance Planner

to join our team at Mountain Creek Power Plant located in Dallas, Texas. This role reports directly to the Maintenance Manager with a dotted line to the Plant and Operations Managers on a routine basis. The Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. The position schedules work daily, weekly and during planned outages; interfaces with the Maintenance and Operations Team to determine the required parts, equipment, and human resources to complete the work. Successful candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a planner in an industrial environment. Power Plant experience is preferable. Responsibilities

Review new work requests on a daily basis and establish priorities to guide work package development and subsequent work order scheduling and completion Plan preventive/corrective activities for maintenance personnel in performing maintenance and repair activities Conduct regular planning meetings with Plant Management and others as necessary to fully understand the work required; coordinate work plans among all stakeholders including plant personnel, contractors, suppliers and other entities as required Develop work order packages in preparation for scheduling and assignment of work, including drawings, equipment instructions, procedures, material lists, tool and equipment lists Plan and schedule major project outages and provide priority lists for shadow maintenance; utilize Microsoft Project to create detailed plans and schedules with activities and resource assignments; monitor progress and provide updates Establish contingency work priorities for forced outage situations Recommend and facilitate procurement of parts and equipment necessary to support identified maintenance Retrieve required parts from inventory; identify necessary tools; research vendor technical instructions for project repair work Interface with the Operations Team to determine project conditions and appropriate work isolation for planned maintenance, including lockout/tagout preparation Coordinate the predictive maintenance program Support warehouse management activities including parts receiving, staging and inventory Administer a maintenance plan using the CMMS to ensure electrical and mechanical equipment is serviced and maintained per vendor recommendations and procedures Implement the preventive maintenance program, including equipment failure records and providing trend information to Plant Management Support and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities Liaise with managers, vendors and engineers to discuss project progress and address issues Produce work plans and help develop work scope documents for RFI, RFP and other support for vendor-supplied bids Performs other duties as assigned Act as the OCC for both planned and unplanned outages Assist with plant inventory checks, needs, and overall organization Qualifications / Required Skills

Ability to understand procedures and instructions specific to the assignment area General knowledge of power plant operations Experience as a power plant mechanic or equivalent Strong planning and organizational skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Ability to perform and manage varied tasks and identify/analyze potentially complex compliance risks promptly Strong oral and written communication skills MS Project and Excel experience Certifications strongly preferred: Certified Project Management Professional; Certified Maintenance Planner Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a power plant or industrial process facility Experience in operation and maintenance of combined cycle independent power plants (IPPs) and/or merchant plants is desired Prior training and experience in planning/scheduling maintenance activities Ability to understand complex drawings and diagrams May have completed apprenticeship and/or formal training or equivalent experience Education

High School diploma or equivalent required Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent preferred State certification or equivalent qualification or license; experience considered in lieu of certificates or licenses Physical Requirements

Willing and able to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed on short-notice basis Willing and able to work in loud/noisy, hot/cold, humid and dirty environments Frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Repetitive movements such as twisting, bending, gripping, and operation of hand tools EthosEnergy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
