Device End point management Engineer - Hybrid Location — Alpharetta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Colorado Springs, CO; Conshohocken, PA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Fargo, ND; Garden City, NY; Houston, TX; Jacksonville, IL; Lenexa, KS; Los Angeles, CA; Lubbock, TX; Morristown, NJ; Mt Juliet, TN; New York, NY; Purchase, NY; Topeka, KS Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure endpoint management solutions. Review new/existing technology and build out services and/or implementations for mobile devices, such as O365, OneDrive for Business, Cisco WebEx, and other related Microsoft Applications. Work with iOS and Android end point devices and MS Intune with SCCM. Administer endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM). Develop and enforce endpoint policies for OS updates, security patches, application deployments, and device configurations. Ensure device compliance with organizational security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint performance, connectivity, and security issues. Automate device provisioning and software deployment workflows. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain endpoint protection and detection mechanisms (e.g., EDR/XDR tools). Provide support and guidance to IT support teams regarding endpoint issues and escalations. Maintain accurate asset inventory and endpoint lifecycle documentation. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices in endpoint management. Qualifications
Experience with iOS and Android endpoint devices and Microsoft Intune and SCCM. Experience administering endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM). Ability to design and enforce policies for OS updates, security patches, deployments, and device configurations. Knowledge of organizational security and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, NIST). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for endpoint performance and security. Experience with automation of provisioning and software deployment workflows. Collaboration with cybersecurity teams on endpoint protection (EDR/XDR) implementations. Seniority level
