Dysrupt is looking for a

Programmatic Account Manager

that is just as passionate as we are. Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate comes from a strong Performance Marketing background, with a Programmatic focus, has developed themselves as a trusted advisor to partners, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will lead strategy formulation across the department, build products & processes for client deliverables & media optimization, develop and lead a world-class team, build long term strategic client partnerships, and grow our clients’ business. This is an individual contributor role and is primarily remote out of LA, Chicago or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

Uphold dysrupt’s commitment to providing best-in-class social & digital marketing services. You will work as part of a Client Team Pod and will oversee a book of business of 3-4 clients. Build, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams on media planning to support client and campaign strategy Support campaigns on other platforms as needed (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.). Conduct campaign QA to ensure flawless execution. Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities and provide actionable insights. Build and deliver weekly and ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and presentations for clients. Contribute to long-term measurement initiatives and testing strategies. Manage platform relationships with DSPs and other media partners as needed. Provide data and insights to in-market teams for campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBRs

Qualifications

4+ years of

hands-on performance marketing experience , with a focus on programmatic campaigns. Experience with DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, etc.) preferred. Knowledge of targeting, bidding strategies, and budget pacing. Experience on Google, Meta, TikTok, or Snapchat is a plus. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort analyzing large datasets. Excellent written and presentation communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment. Positive, collaborative attitude that contributes to our evolving culture.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
