Lead the district’s CTE advisory committees and ensure diverse representation from business, industry, and postsecondary partners. Communicate program impact through data stories, dashboards, and public reports.

Innovation and Future-Ready Design: Promote cross-sector collaboration between STEM, arts, and workforce pathways. Develop scalable models for middle-to-high school alignment, career exposure, and early college experiences.

Workforce Development: Serve as the district’s primary liaison to workforce boards, higher education institutions, and industry partners.
