With new locations in development, Facial Aesthetics is looking for a Director of Clinical Operations and Training to champion provider education, elevate patient care, and align clinical practices across our growing organization. Position Summary
The Director of Clinical Operations and Training at Facial Aesthetics willbe responsible fordrivingclinicalexcellence,elevating clinical education,and ensuring consistency across all locations. This role will oversee the development and execution of clinical training programs,Facial AestheticsQuality Improvement (QI) program,standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding for new services and products, and complication management. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director will lead ateam of trainersfocused on both the injectable and aesthetics departments, ensuring our providers deliver safe, consistent, and exceptional outcomes aligned with the Facial Aesthetics brand and values.

Position Requirements
Maintain operational and clinical consistency across Facial Aesthetics locations through collaboration with Clinic Managers andregular site visitsto ensure clinical oversight. Develop, implement, and refine SOPs and clinical protocols that meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements Ensure alignment with Facial Aestheticspatient care standards and patient outcomes Lead the rollout of new clinical services, treatments, and technologies, ensuring safe and effective adoption Develop,implementandmaintainascalabletrainingand continuing educationprogramfor both new and experienced FacialAesthetic Injectorsand Aestheticians Overseea team ofclinical trainers (Injectables andSkincare)to deliver high-quality onboarding, training, and ongoing developmentto clinicians Evaluate provider competency and develop individualized training plans to acceleratetime-to-autonomyand foster ongoing development in clinical skills Managelogisticsfor training programs including scheduling, materials, and follow-up assessments Partner with leadership to implement and manage a Learning Management System Facilitate training through in-person sessions, webinars, over-the-shoulder coaching, and digital learningplatforms Partner withequipment vendors,skincare brands, andother clinical vendors to coordinate training and integrate best practices Support leadership inidentifyinggrowth opportunities in services whilemaintainingclinical excellence Works with Medical Director to provide immediate and ongoing support for clinicians Coordinate the management ofpatient complicationwithMedical Director and clinicians Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-upin accordance withinternal andregulatory guidelines Communicate and meetwith Medical Directoron a regular basistocreate andstrengthenprotocols,triageand discusscomplications, leadtheQuality Improvement Program, communicateclinicaland industrytrends,evaluate new products andservicesandrelay any otherrelevant clinical information as needed Lead and document QI(Quality Assurance andRisk Management)committee meetings (Complications, Education,Protocols)in coordination with Medical Director
Education and/or Skills Required
ActiveNP,orPAlicense isrequired Minimum3-5years' experience inclinical operations,hands onexperience in medical aesthetics with a strong emphasisininjectables, or dermatology setting Strong understandingofregulatory environmentsacross multiple statesand ability to research andrecommendclinicalpolicies,workflowsand SOPstoensure compliance across multiplejurisdictions Track recordofimplementinga scalablenationaltrainingprogramthatensurestimelytraining andclinical excellence acrossall Facial Aesthetics locations Proven experience in provider training,onboardingor clinical education Demonstrated experience in managing multi-location teams or programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiencywith, learning management systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint, Communication Platforms such as Teams Ability to Travel between locations as needed (50%) Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail, embodies a patient-first mindset with a passion for advancing providerskillsets, serve as a role model for clinical excellence Strong leadership presence with the ability to mentor,coachand influence clinicians at all levels.
